Hi, I’m Mirissa
I’m an LCSW with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I use talk therapy, CBT, and EMDR to help people work through life’s tough spots—whether it’s anxiety, trauma, or just feeling stuck. I enjoy working with people of all ages and from all walks of life.
My style is relaxed, authentic, and sprinkled with quick wit—because life doesn’t always have to be so heavy. I’m a lifelong learner, open to new ideas, and I approach every session with curiosity, compassion, and zero judgment.
In my free time, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my dogs, hitting the road for a spontaneous trip, or soaking up live music at a festival or concert. I love spending time with friends and family—and there’s a good chance you’ll catch me humming a tune wherever I go.
